Our Administrative Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Responsibilities

File organization.
Create a trustworthy relationship with our team and clients.
Coordinate appointments and meetings.
Composing reports, correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
Overseeing general office operations.
Greeting visitors, answering a high volume of incoming phone calls, and delivering world-class service to our customers and suppliers.
Purchasing office supplies and equipment, as well as maintaining proper stock levels.
Processing orders from official suppliers and follow-ups.
